Thorp High School announces the top two scholars from the graduating class of
1967. Rich Boardman, who leads the class with a grade point average of 96.363,
plans to Attend Wis. State University, Eau Claire, and major in the field of
Mathematics. Tomas Nied, ranking second in scholastic standings, has an average
of 95.000 and plans to attend Rutgers State University. Tom's plans are involved
in the field of engineering. Tom and Rich are two of the four speakers elected
from the top ten to speak at graduation exercises. Marilyn Dubicki and Nate
Ciolkosz are the other two students elected to speak at graduation.
